I was trying to figure out how to tint. I don't think I did it 100% and I am not sure if my ladies hair will run on anything. I colored in her lips first and then I put a cloth over it an ironed it ( do not need any iron mishaps) and while it was hot I colored in her lips and it went on so nicely and I ironed it on again. Then I tried the same on her hair. It is just a practice and I need to work on it but it looks kinda cool and allows me not to have to always do satin stitch to fill in.
Crayola crayons ( the 24 pack) were on sale at walmart for 22cents a box. Check and see if your store has them too on sale. What a deal! I bought 14 boxes.

I love tinting so much! There is a huge thread on Craftster about it and on Flickr. Tinting is the new black. LOL.
I know I have to read them. I am so weirded out about the iron so I may take some time before I further explore it.
