RU RO!

Just realized on the computer from home that doesn't work anymore that this years taxes were on it and I do not think I have a back up copy of it....


My current WIP is from Alicia Traveria for my mom to wear at the HHB next month. It looks a bit random right now cause I was all over the place doing it last night. The t-shirt is kinda thin and my needle was a bit dull.

The computer at home needs a new dc jack. In real people lingo it means the stupid plug you put the power cord in is broken therefore the laptop ( and only home computer) is dead. So now blogging or uploading of pictures were done.

I did accomplish putting together all of the "craft survival bags" for the vendors of HHB. They turned out super cute, and to add a bit of green, I made recyclyed paper pads. I was inspired buy some of the ones I had bought from wild olive. Dan and I always have a ton of mixed paper that needs to be recycled so I repurposed the boxes and made pads. I stamped them with an adorable snowman stamp from Missy Ballance. I will post pics tomorrow..

I submitted my bag to the Sublime Stitching Gallery and it is now posted there!




I am a licensed merchant for Sublime Stitching and Jenny ( the owner) and Mary (not sure of her title) are fab! Go check out the site for all sorts of cool patterns!

I was also on the Pimp Stitch Blog for my Emma bib last Friday. Go check out their site for great, fun patterns too. They are all super ladies and make adorable things.

I am now a licensed Pimp Stich Reseller

I just sent in all of my paperwork and I am a licensed reseller of items embroidered with all of the artists over at Pimp Stich's designs. I am so happy to be a part of the Pimp Stitch Family. I will also be able to use some of Regina's designs Annie Oakleaves, Urban Threads and currently are a licensed reseller for Sublime Stitching too.

Dan and I are also continuing to work on designs for our own line as well with my friend Kittykill.

So loads of new opportunities in store for me! Locally I am working with my friend Stacey on some new crafty ventures if anyone would ever freaking call me back.

These are some new items. The brown yoga pants were a custom item and I either need to get a better camera or only take pics in the daytime..

New Fav's and a local show

Here is a mosaic ( I learned how to do this from kunderwood) of some of my favs' I have seen. There are so many talented people all over and it makes me happy that I have some many fav's for the past couple of weeks I do not have enough space for them on two mosaic's..

My friend Stacey and I are working on creating our own local shows. We both feel that there is a need for more specific types of shows and we can promote them ourselves and know that we are doing the best to make these shows a success for everyone involved. More to come on that for sure!


I am doing a big show called Atomic Holiday Bazaar with Stacey in December which should be tons of fun.


Not sure how much crafting will be done this weekend it is my mom's b-day and there is a ton of cleaning that needs to be done at the homefront.

His dad says they are drool monsters and he liked the bibs I sent when they were first born so I made these from the cute Pimpstitch pattern.

The shirt is for them to share ( the my tools part is straight the shirt it just too big for the model) and I am making a dinosaur one too...



Have fun this weekend. I have got to go finish cleaning the house. It is a HUGE mess.

I'm on the web and Papaw Ointment

Look my onesie is here How cool! Pimp Stitch designs are so cute.

I was in a personal swap from crafster a while back and I received some Papaw* Cream. I was reading it this weekend and it said it could be used for burns so I put it on the burn and it looks so much better. Dan told me to go online and order more so I did but it comes from Australia so it won't be here for a bit. I think it is made from fermented papayas. It is awesome.

A local topical application for boils, burns, chafings, open wounds, insect bites and nappy rash." From the website I ordered it from.

I used it for my really rough feet before and then I had another swap and asked for more. It is really great and smells good too.

*it came yesterday, pretty quick from australia. Anyway like a dork I spelled it incorrectly before and I had a freakin picture with the name on it..DUH!
